Ermie's Story
Name: Ernie
Rescued By: Kitty Cafe Rescue
About Ernie:
Ernie arrived at Kitty Cafe with his brother, Bert, after an estate agent found them abandoned in a rented property. Their owner had moved out and left them behind, with nobody returning to feed or care for them. At Kitty Cafe, regular meals, warmth, and dependable care slowly helped Ernie learn to trust people again.
Today, Ernie is a big, funny, mischievous boy who loves squeezing into cat beds several sizes too small! He enjoys spring toys, chasing his reflection across the shiny floor, and snoozing in cat trees or sunny spots. His greatest weakness is Dreamies—he’s even broken the cafe’s treat tower more than once in his determination to get them.
Why Sponsor Ernie?
Sponsoring Ernie helps provide his daily care and medical support while Kitty Cafe looks for a loving new home for him. It also supports their work rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming other cats with nowhere else to go. Even £1 a month can help give cats like Ernie the security and second chance they deserve.
